Phase 2: Corrective Care

Person2

Once your initial pain or discomfort has improved, the next goal is to restore proper function and support lasting stability. While relief care focuses on helping you feel better, corrective care focuses on helping your body work better.

During this phase, your visits will typically become less frequent, and you may be given specific exercises or stretches to continue your progress between appointments. These activities help strengthen and retrain muscles, ligaments, and joints so they can better support your spine and overall alignment.

It’s common to experience occasional mild flare-ups as your body adapts and continues to heal—this is a normal part of the process. The length of this phase varies for each person and depends on factors such as the severity and duration of your condition, overall health, and lifestyle habits.

Corrective care is where true, long-term change happens—helping you move with greater ease and maintain the improvements you’ve worked hard to achieve.
